Refusal of Delivery and Ownership:

Should the Buyer refuse to accept delivery due to the imposition of import duties, customs charges, or fees:

  1. The goods shall remain the property of the Seller.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to deduct all actual costs incurred from any refund otherwise due to the Buyer. These costs include, but are not limited to:
    • The original outbound shipping charges.
    • The full cost of return shipping, regardless of whether it exceeds the original outbound shipping charge.
    • Any customs charges, penalties, or taxes levied upon the return of the goods to the Seller’s location.
    • Any processing or restocking fees.

If the incurred costs exceed the total refund due, the Buyer agrees to pay the difference to the Seller.

Post-Delivery Recourse for Unpaid Fees

In the event that the Buyer accepts delivery of the goods but subsequently refuses or fails to pay any and all import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country’s authorities or the shipping carrier, and these charges are consequently billed back to the Seller:

  1. The Buyer agrees to immediately reimburse the Seller for the full amount of the charges, including any administrative fees or penalties associated with the non-payment.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to use any legal means necessary to recover these costs from the Buyer, which may include reporting the debt to collection agencies.
Buyer’s Responsibility for Fees After Delivery (DDU Shipments)
  1. Exclusive Liability: All orders shipped outside of our domestic region are done on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The Buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and government charges, including the U.S. Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF) and any administrative fees charged by the carrier or customs broker.
  2. Post-Delivery Recourse: In the highly exceptional event that the Buyer accepts delivery of the goods, but subsequently fails or refuses to pay any outstanding import charges (duties, taxes, MPF, etc.), and these charges are consequently billed back to the Seller by the shipping carrier or customs authority, the Buyer agrees to the following:
    • Immediate Reimbursement: The Buyer shall be contractually obligated to pay and immediately reimburse the Seller for the full amount of these charges, plus any associated interest, late payment fees, or penalties incurred by the Seller.
  3. Ownership and Default:
    • The Seller reserves the right to declare the Buyer in material breach of the contract of sale upon non-payment of the reimbursed charges within a stated period (e.g., 30 days).
    • The Seller may, at its sole discretion, assert that title (ownership) to the goods remains with the Seller until all sums owed, including the purchase price, shipping, and all outstanding import charges (MPF, duties, etc.) billed back to the Seller, are paid in full.
  4. Legal Recovery: The Seller reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the full outstanding debt from the Buyer, including, but not limited to, utilizing local or international debt collection agencies and filing claims in the appropriate court jurisdiction, with the Buyer being responsible for all reasonable legal fees and collection costs incurred by the Seller.

Perfect Communication and Information Technology Holding & design, and other marks indicated on our site are registered trademarks of Perfect Communication and Information Technology Holding, or its subsidiaries, in the Czech republic and other countries. Surcharges

Oversized and extremely heavy items are marked on their product detail pages as requiring a special surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the item and others conditiones. Special-order items will incur an additional charge counted by our system per item due to the additional labor or care required in ordering these titles directly from the artist or ship them. Both of these charges will be included in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of your order.

Confirming Prices

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item\’s product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item\’s price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, Perfect Communication and Information Technology Holding’s price will necessarily change on occasion.

Please note, that we will charge  your credit card  for fee as a validation that you enter  “auction” offer for offered item upon your request made on our web, that fee is NOT REFUNDABLE and entering the auction, you absolutely agree this condition.

For your own designs, we will charge you infront of goods delivered (start work) upon the written notice by mail or fax, aproved by customer. This items isued under Own design category are not refundable from any psychical reasons (sample: “you dont like it”, or any reasons not described in return policy), remember what you design, you will get. Tomorrow systems s.r.o. can not be hold responsible for sligh differends from original customer design made by artist.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
