Our Returns Policy

You may return most items sold by 524wifi.com and .net within 30 days of shipment release for a full refund. However, we have extended our returns deadline for the holidays. We\’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are not always able to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, and you have set correctly way of shipping method, contact us on mail info at 524wifi dot net for further assistance. )

US and Canada customers can deliver returned products to our US address. Please see contact page for more details. Please do not ship any products back without email or phone notification, we will provide shipping instructions and shipping documentation for you.

If you choose  method for shipping without insurance (for sample fragile items) we can not be hold responsible for any damage.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment release. 
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. (damaged – except items, which was ordered with insurance, those are replaced, or refunded)
  • Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids. 
  • Any Payment for so called “Auction fee”
  • Any Own designed items for any psychical reasons (sample: you dont like it, lost interest, etc.)

If the item you\’re returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from 524wifi.com, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (when special shipment method is used, refund will be isued without shipping charges).

We are not always able to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
